No standard job description, but a job that adapts to you. As a calculator/Estimator at Knol Bouw, you'll work on various residential and utility construction projects. Whether you want to focus 100% on calculations or think broader in the project trajectory: you choose.

Calculator / Estimator residential and utility construction
You'll work on diverse construction projects: from standalone houses to luxury apartments or redevelopments. You'll request tenders, prepare budgets, and think about opportunities, risks, and improvements. You'll participate in construction team meetings and contribute to the preparation of quality and cost-effective projects.

What will you do?

• Request, evaluate, and process tenders from subcontractors and suppliers

• Prepare detailed budgets

• Conduct opportunity and risk analyses

• Develop alternative solutions and improvement proposals

• Participate in construction team meetings

Optional – if you want:

• Get involved in buyer guidance

• Think about pre- or post-project trajectory

• Contribute to ISO processes

What makes this job perfect for you?

You have a construction education and experience as a calculator or Estimator. You can work independently, are familiar with (or quickly learn) IBIS, and have a calm, reliable work attitude. You feel at home in an open and informal team and want to contribute to beautiful projects and a great work atmosphere.

What do we offer you?

• Salary between €3,000,- and €5,250,- depending on experience

• Travel expense reimbursement, pension, and vacation days according to the Construction Act

• Yearly contract with a view to a permanent employment contract

• Flexible working hours and partial home working possible

• Company laptop and phone
