Job description
As a calculator, you will be responsible for:
- Detailed elaboration of tenders and requests from (potential) clients for renovation and finishing files, and also have knowledge of furniture measurements.
- Studying client inquiries, building drawings, specifications, and technical descriptions. Requesting additional information if necessary.
- Gathering tenders from suppliers and subcontractors, interpreting/analyzing, and processing.
- Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers, and internal services within the group
- Identifying and investigating cost-saving opportunities and optimizations.
