What will you do during your workday?

• Analyzing construction plans and specifications to accurately determine costs
• Requesting and comparing quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• You are responsible for the correct and complete preparation of quotes
• Estimating risks and adjusting budgets if necessary
• Regularly consulting with colleagues and external parties within the project
• Thinking along and reacting quickly to unexpected challenges
• Entering calculations into the internal system
• Working on diverse projects and files that you manage independently
• Balancing multiple projects and strict deadlines is part of your daily responsibility.

What is our client looking for in you?

• You possess a bachelor's degree in technical drawing, a master's degree in construction/architecture, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• You have experience as a calculator in the construction sector or in structural engineering.
• You have an analytical mindset and strong numerical insight.
• You are fully proficient with Excel and know all its intricacies.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and a basic knowledge of French.
• You are highly organized, work in a structured and independent manner, and have a keen eye for detail.
