As an experienced calculator/cost consultant, you are responsible for setting realistic, competitive prices. From the design phase to the tender budget, you provide well-founded advice and contribute to sustainable, market-conformable bids.

Introduction

Are you an analytical and result-oriented calculator who understands the construction process in detail? In this role, you work with BIM models and modern calculation software to make accurate cost calculations. You maintain contacts with chain partners and ensure a safe, sustainable, and financially healthy project execution.

About the function

You are responsible for pricing and advising on costs in early project phases. You process safety measures in calculations and make optimal use of BIM and calculation software. You monitor risks and opportunities, translate design principles into bids, and are involved in procurement. You work together with various disciplines and apply existing regulations correctly.

What makes this function perfect for you?

You have an HBO work and thinking level, experience as a calculator in the construction sector, and are strongly analytical. You work structured, are persistent, and think in solutions, even under pressure. You easily switch between colleagues and external parties and put your knowledge effectively into practice. Knowledge of IBIS (Trad) and AFAS is a plus, as well as a B driving license.
