You will receive guidance from an experienced cost consultant and ample space to grow.

As a calculator, you are responsible for preparing reliable budgets for various construction projects, from small renovations to large new-build projects such as academic hospitals. You easily switch between different project phases and have close contact with project leaders and other stakeholders.

Furthermore:

• Prepare detailed budgets and cost calculations.
• Work together with colleagues and visit construction sites regularly.
• Keep track of all construction cost aspects, from materials to labor.

A typical workday can start with a meeting on location, followed by budget preparation at the office. Besides your own tasks, you help colleagues, check your work, and are flexible to take on various tasks. Every day is different and offers variety and dynamics!

• Experienced calculator with at least five years of experience in various construction projects.
• Independent and meticulous with a sharp eye for detail.
• Able to visit construction sites and efficiently assess projects.
• Preferred experience with IBIS-TRAD and Bluebeam.
• Completed MBO+/HBO- education in Building (HTS/MTS) and preferably living within a 30 km radius of Rosmalen.

• Challenging job (32-40 hours) within an informal, professional team.
