Calculator finishing and carpentry

As a calculator, you will be responsible for:
- The detailed elaboration of tenders and requests from (potential) clients for renovation and finishing files and having knowledge of furniture measurements.
- Studying client requests, building drawings, specifications, and technical descriptions. Requesting additional information if necessary.
- Gathering tenders from suppliers and subcontractors, interpreting/analyzing, and processing.
- Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers, and internal services within the group
- Signaling and investigating cost-saving opportunities and optimizations.
- We have our own carpentry workshop where you will calculate the carpentry work. Other works such as gyproc, painting, HVAC, electricity, ... will be discussed and calculated with subcontractors.
