General Cashier

Join our team as a General Cashier and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for supporting all Etéreo team members to provide exceptional experiences to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate with all departments to attend daily needs.
• Ensure optimal cash flow, conduct remittance and value management requests.
• Perform continuous audits and reconciliations of operational funds.
• Carry out precise controls at income centers.
• Conduct account reconciliations.
• Audit and prepare group accounts with catering sales managers.
• Conciliate and register credit card deposits with bank accounts.
• Provide support in various functions assigned to the finance department.
• Be able to create a motivating atmosphere and a cohesive team environment.
• Actively participate in daily operations, working alongside team members in a practical manner, modeling a solid work ethic and safety standards.
• Develop strong working relationships with department managers and team members to ensure optimal communication and teamwork.
• Comply with all hotel policies, procedures, and operating standards.
• Perform any additional task or project as needed.
