Cashier (4 days a week)

We are looking for CASHIERS - (4 days a week) for our store in Puebla!

What is expected of a Cashier?

Be a passionate seller and eager to understand your customers, just like everyone at IKEA. Although a Payment Receipt Collaborator will be focused on the point, means, and sales channels where they have contact with customers. That is, it will help us offer our products and services, developing tasks of “Payment”, “First-line payment” and “Cash office”.

What would your missions be?

• Understanding people is the most important thing for everyone at IKEA. Why? Because it will be the key to building a lasting relationship with our customers.
• On one hand, it will allow you to organize colleagues better so they are in the right place, moment, and with the message that customers need.
• On the other hand, knowing what customers want or expect during their visit to IKEA, it will help you find new commercial opportunities. Small ideas that make big changes in each sale.
• Making sure the cash line is always ready and available to serve our customers.
• Managing the opening or closing of cash registers according to customer flow, what's important is making their shopping experience memorable.
• Wanting to make the payment process a friendly experience for the customer.
• Solving any questions that customers may have.
• Making sure products are registered correctly and that payment can be made with any form of payment the customer desires.
• Reviewing transactions to ensure they are correct and add up to the correct amount.
• Working hand in hand with the Service Collaborator providing feedback and support.
• As you know, values are what matter most. So you'll have to know the IKANO Conduct Code as well as educate and train all colleagues and external service providers. Roll with your knowledge.
