We are looking for a multifunctional person, responsible and service-oriented, capable of performing tasks at the bar, preparing beverages, supporting in the kitchen, and managing cash. Job Objective

Provide exceptional attention to each client from the bar and cash register, ensuring correct preparation, presentation, and dispatch of food and beverages. Maintain an efficient, clean, and organized operation, guaranteeing quality and a positive experience for all diners.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place, ingredients, and recipes following instructions from the Head Chef and Manager.
• Mix beverages (classic and menu-based) with technique, quality, and proper presentation.
• Support in food preparation when necessary.
• Manage cash: payments, cuts, reconciliations, and management of different payment methods.
• Apply the PEPS system and ensure correct conservation of ingredients.
• Comply with hygiene and safety standards (Clean Point Distinctive, NOM-251).
• Maintain order and cleanliness in bar, kitchen, and work areas.
• Participate in special events, production, and operational support.
• Contribute to a positive and service-focused work environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Educational Background:

• Tecnico or Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy (or student).
• We also consider similar formations with proven experience.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in positions like bartender, cashier, or kitchen support.

Gender: Undetermined.
