CAFM Data Manager (Part-Time)

• Part-time (20 hrs/week)
• Klosterneuburg near Vienna, Austria / Home office possible

For the further development of our CAFM area, we are looking for an experienced professional to manage central CAFM and Space Management processes. The position includes the maintenance and quality assurance of all building data, updating plans, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will support the optimization of our CAD and CAFM processes and ensure modern standards in data and space management.

• Administration and further development of the CAFM system, as well as participation in the introduction of a new CAFM and Space Management tool
• Maintenance, administration, and quality assurance of all CAFM data (technical systems, orders, tickets, maintenance/servicing) including reporting
• Area and Space Management: Creation and updating of space plans, room booking data (areas, uses, etc.), and user database, including evaluations
• Updating of plans (renovations – building construction, MEP), ensuring standards (layering, naming, room numbering), as well as adaptations for renovations
• Plan reviews and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Creation of policies, guidelines, and technical specifications for drawing and space management
• Identification of optimization potentials and active further development of CAFM and CAD processes

• Completed education in building construction, MEP, or facility management, including a very good understanding of plans
• Min. 5 years of experience with CAFM systems for managing complex building structures; knowledge of Planon is an advantage
• Very good AutoCAD skills; experience with BIM and modern planning standards is desirable
• Very good MS Office application skills, especially Excel (evaluations, data analysis)
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a structured way of working
• Project and process management competence, as well as experience with technical and organizational standards in space management
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; internal language courses support further development
• High communication and teamwork skills in exchange with internal and external stakeholders
• Reliable, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
