We are now seeking an experienced, motivated, and qualified Café / Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations, inspire our team, and deliver memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience as a Restaurant or Café Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
• Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and compliance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and high customer satisfaction
• Plan menus in collaboration with chefs, balancing quality, creativity, and profitability
• Organise and manage special events and functions
• Manage purchasing, pricing, and inventory in line with budgets and operational needs
• Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, attractive venue
• Interact with guests to assess satisfaction, manage feedback, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service standards
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams for smooth communication and coordination
• Handle reservations, greet guests, and assist with service during peak hours
• Contribute to the restaurant’s growth through effective sales and service strategies
