Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum + Superannuation

We are now seeking an experienced, motivated, and qualified Café / Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations, inspire our team, and deliver memorable dining experiences for every guest.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Restaurant or Café Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
- Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and high customer satisfaction
- Plan specials and menus in collaboration with chefs, balancing quality, creativity, and profitability
- Organise and manage special events and functions
- Manage purchasing, pricing, and inventory in line with budgets and operational needs
- Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, attractive venue
- Interact with guests to assess satisfaction, manage feedback, and maintain strong customer relationships
- Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service standards
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams for smooth communication and coordination
- Handle reservations, greet guests, and assist with service during peak hours
- Contribute to the restaurant’s growth through effective sales and service strategies
