Job description
Leaf Cafe Orange is a cafe located in Orange NSW 2800, offering high-quality food, beverages, and customer service.
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Cafe Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and oversee the daily operations of the café to ensure efficient and smooth service.
- Manage and supervise café staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to minimise waste and control costs.
- Manage budgets, cash handling, and daily financial transactions in accordance with business procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Liaise with suppliers and maintain positive business relationships.
- Ensure the café premises, equipment, and facilities are well maintained and presented
