Jai Ram Ji Pty Ltd T/A Jindalee Beach Shack is a well-known hospitality business in the region. We are seeking a Café Manager who will lead our team with passion, energy, and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service, while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include: • Managing a team of up to 10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support as needed; • Maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery; • Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment; • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance the overall customer experience; • Collaborating with the events team to plan and execute successful community events and functions; • Maintaining accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels; • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will possess: • 3+ years of experience in a similar hospitality management role; • Strong leadership and communication skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Excellent customer service skills; • Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation; • Ability to lift up to 25kg occasionally.
