Cafe Assistant

We're more than just a café, we’re a community hub, a space for connection, and a team that supports and looks out for each other. We’re now looking for a Café Assistant for our Trentham Village who shares our love for people and hospitality.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our café. From making great coffee to creating tasty cabinet food and light meals, you’ll help make our café a warm and welcoming place for residents, their families, and visitors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, presenting, and serving food and drinks to a high standard
• Providing outstanding barista services
• Assisting with catering for village events and resident functions
• Handling cash and reconciling daily takings

You’ll work closely with the Chef Manager, Café Supervisor, and wider village team to deliver a café experience that’s welcoming, consistent, and genuinely enjoyable.

You will be required to work Wednesday and Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 2pm and Sunday 8am to 4pm
