Working across the Discover Waitomo business at Waitomo Glowworm Caves and Black Water Rafting you will need to have a well-rounded understanding of our world-famous products on offer to our manuhiri (visitors). Our brands include maui, Apollo, Britz, Cheapa Camper, Hippie, Mighty, Jucy, and Thelma. As a Café Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic are essential. You will be required to provide exceptional customer service, handle cash transactions accurately, maintain a clean and organized café area, and assist with events and functions as needed.
