You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our café. From making great coffee to serving delicious food, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about providing an outstanding experience for our customers. As a Café Assistant, your responsibilities will include: • Providing excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about our products and services. • Preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items in a fast-paced environment. • Maintaining a clean and organized café area, including the barista station, seating areas, and restrooms. • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives. • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge.
