Cafe Assistant - Casual

An opportunity has arisen for an energetic and friendly Cafe Assistant to join our team at Summerset Wigram, to assist with the day to day operation of our on-site cafe. At Summerset, we're passionate about providing quality service to our clients and we are growing quickly.

Our Cafe Assistant is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families.

This is a casual role with shifts provided on an as and when basis. Shifts will be between Monday and Friday as well as occasional weekends.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, processing orders, making delicious coffee and serving cabinet food
• Cleaning of all kitchen surfaces including washing dishes and removing rubbish from the kitchen
• Working with the chef to unload and put away stock
• Supporting the chef with food preparation
