We are recruiting a Medical Imaging Team Leader H/F in CDI. Under the responsibility of the establishment director, your missions are as follows :

- Coordinate human resources and materials while ensuring the quality and safety of patient care: planning development with resource allocation and absence/congee management. Organize team leadership, new arrivals, and interns, accompany skill development, employee evaluations.
- Define material needs for service functioning, ensure orders. Organize preventive and curative maintenance of equipment, maintain facilities, and guarantee room and equipment maintenance.
- Participate in the development of paramedical and medical protocols, ensure quality indicator follow-up, complaint, claim, and undesirable event management, linked to the quality support service and direction. Control procedure application.
- Participate in developing activity, optimizing organizations linked to enterprise development projects.

39 hours per week from Monday to Friday (no night shifts or weekends)
A functional accommodation may be provided for a maximum duration of 3 months

Radiology Medical Imaging Technician (DE or DTS) and ideally holder of a healthcare management diploma or master's degree in healthcare management, you have a first experience in team leadership.
