Under the responsibility of the establishment director, you will be in charge of coordinating the rehabilitation and reintegration paths of people received in the childhood and disability department.
- Manage and supervise the rehabilitation team, including human resources management
- Develop and follow personalized accompaniment projects, integrating the family and social ecosystem of people with disabilities
- Host meetings to ensure the effectiveness of care and file tracking
- Build and maintain a dynamic network of external partners and institutions to facilitate the journey of people
- Actively collaborate on the establishment's strategy and participate in evaluating and improving the quality of care

- Salary: 3000 euros/month
