Your leadership role will consist in managing the nursing team by ensuring cohesion, planning management, and good integration of new recruits. You will inscribe your action within an optimization strategy for management devices.

Finally, as an ambassador for the structure, you will actively contribute to its attractiveness and anchoring in the local healthcare sector. You hold a State Diploma in Nursing, completed by a Health Staff Diploma or Master 1 equivalent.
You justify a first experience of successful team leadership of at least 20 people in the healthcare or medico-social sector.
You are recognized for your ability to animate and take responsibility for teams.
