Attached to the Healthcare Department, your impact will be immediate and profound. Your responsibilities will revolve around three major axes:
1. Human Management & Team Support (The Cap)
Supervise and pilot a committed paramedical team.
Act as a true compass for your colleagues: federate, listen to, and support healthcare workers facing intense emotional loads inherent in the service.
Foster team cohesion and develop skills.
2. Guarantor of Care Project & Ethics (The Vision)
Oversee the quality of global patient care at end-of-life.
Ensure respect for ethical decisions and care protocols.
Provide dignified and benevolent accompaniment to families and loved ones.
3. Service Management (The Governance)
Ensure medical-economic management of the unit and optimize resources.
Streamline and optimize patient pathways in conjunction with other services and external partners.
Actively participate in quality initiatives and institutional projects. You must hold a Bachelor's degree + 3 years and have at least 6 months of experience.This position requires an unusual alliance between operational leadership and strong human values.
Education & Diplomas:
Health Staff Diploma or Master's degree in Healthcare Establishment Management.
Palliative Care DU / DIU IMPERATIVE.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
-Benevolent Leadership: You know how to federate a team around a common project.
-Recal and Solidarity: You possess an innate ability to manage complex emotional situations with professional distance.
