- Supervise the paramedical team, consisting of 50 ETP, mainly composed of state-qualified nurses and auxiliary nurses, aides-médico psychologiques and auxiliaires de vie,
- Participate in CDI-CDD recruitment for care teams and manage the pool of temporary workers specific to the establishment,
- Organize and plan professional schedules
- Pilot performance and quality objectives, with a view to certification in 2025
- Develop, participate in and implement the residents' care project in partnership with the medical corps,
- You control daily care (efficiency, traceability) and participate in the Menu Commission You must hold a Bac+4 degree and have at least 2 years of experience.
Recruitment as CDI-staff member on a fixed-term contract (211 working days) - Fourchette de rémunération, according to experience: from €45,000 gross to €51,000 gross (According to experience and seniority)

The candidate must demonstrate proven relational and professional qualities, including great adaptability, ease of communication, and social ease. He/she must direct the multidisciplinary team by combining firmness and benevolence to ensure harmonious and effective collaboration
We are looking for a health care staff member graduated from the IFCS school or a Health Care Staff member with solid experience on a similar position.
