Ensure the smooth operation of the paramedical team and monitor the coordination of care in close collaboration with the medical team.

Facilitate information flow, both upwards and laterally between services.

Organize and supervise continuity and quality of care, ensuring a smooth transition between day and night teams.

Contribute to the establishment's dynamics by actively participating in projects and working groups.

Encourage individual and collective skill development among team members.

Promote a culture of safety by managing risks and encouraging reporting.

Maintain a positive and constructive team atmosphere, resolving conflicts and difficulties.

Stimulate structured and informal communication within care teams.

Optimize human and material resource utilization, balancing efficiency, quality of services, and respect for budgetary constraints and good practices.

You are in charge of:
Guaranteeing the traceability of interventions performed by paramedical personnel.

Ensuring data and information reliability.

Supervising the implementation and evaluation of professional practices.

Assuring patient paramedical care quality and safety.

Guaranteeing compliance with regulations throughout the paramedical care journey.

As You must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher and have at least 6 months of experience.

Expected level:



· State Diploma in Nursing

· Health staff (Master, School of Cadres…) or Significant Experience in Management

· Valuation of experience in hospital management
