It animates the team and coordinates means.
It is responsible for the quality of care provided in healthcare units, patient rights, and ethics.
It contributes to implementing the overall policy and hospital project and its declinations: care project, social project, etc.
- Organization of care:
- ensures the quality, safety of care, and organization
- monitors compliance with protocols and procedures
- participates in optimizing patient movements
- participates or delegates according to activity to the bi-daily admission commission
- participates or delegates according to activity to the weekly discharge commission
- participates in implementing service projects
- participates or delegates according to activity to pluridisciplinary staff meetings
- coordinates the work of caregivers (IDE, ASQ) and ASL
- controls care quality, particularly nursing acts and their traceability in the electronic medical record You must hold a Bachelor's degree + 4 years and have at least 3 years of experience in managing healthcare teams.
Working hours in accordance with the annual forfait days convention.
You are holder of a State Diploma in Nursing
- Diploma in Healthcare Staff or significant experience of more than 5 years in the function
- Master Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel…)
- Master a time management tool (plannings)
