Under the hierarchical link of the Health Coordinator, you have as your mission the management and management of the nursing teams entrusted to you while ensuring the quality of the care provided.
Your main missions are notably:
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the care project
- Organizing the healthcare activity, coordinating and optimizing human and material resources for the services entrusted to you
- Leading and animating the nursing team (schedules, interviews ...)
- Ensuring the quality and safety of care, and actively participating in the quality approach
- Following and realizing activity balances for service
- Participating in patient and family relations management
- Participating as a resource person to specific projects or missions
- Participating in patient journey management (admissions, personalized care project and discharge)
You will have the management of a 35-bed SMR (specialized in oncology and palliative care). You will manage 21 people (8 IDEs and 13 AS). You are a Graduate or Master's degree holder in health staff or IDE initial diploma. You have a successful first experience in management ideally acquired in the private sector.
You possess real managerial and organizational capacities, you demonstrate teamwork, listening skills, initiative sense, and appreciate team work.
A palliative care or pain diploma would be appreciated. Experience in certification would also be appreciated
