Under the authority of the direction, your main missions will be:

Supervising and animating a multidisciplinary team composed of about twenty Nursing Assistants (AS) and State-Registered Nurses (IDE).
Managing and optimizing the schedules of the nursing team.
Coordinating patient care pathways and medical-social accompaniment for residents.
Ensuring the quality and safety of care provision.
Contributing to institutional dynamics and project development in service.
Assuring the link with families and external partners.

Fixed-term contract of several months (minimum 2 months), following a leave, with possibility of renewal.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Work schedule: Full-time (39 hours/week). Statutory staff.

Possibility of performing overtime (approximately €180 gross per week) PROFILE :
Diploma: Holder of a Health Staff Diploma or a State-Registered Nurse Diploma with complementary training in coordination (e.g. IDEC, or equivalent).
Experience: Significant experience in supervising a nursing team, ideally acquired in the medical-social sector for people with disabilities.
Qualities: Autonomy, sense of responsibility, excellent relational and managerial qualities.
