NIGHT HEALTHCARE TEAM LEADER (F/H)

As a Night Healthcare Team Leader, you ensure the continuity of leadership and supervision of activity across all healthcare services.
Your main missions include :
- operational and organizational management: ensure the continuity of leadership, manage the internal mobile team's schedules at night, and optimize bed and patient flow management. You are the privileged interface between nursing teams and medical staff.
- quality and safety of care: guarantee excellent patient care. You will be the driving force behind the quality approach and risk management for the night teams, with a view to the next HAS certification.
- team management: animate, accompany, and develop the skills of the mobile night team. You ensure the integration of new collaborators and respect for working conditions.
Working conditions :
- remuneration: based on seniority
- work rhythm: Monday to Thursday
- hours: 18h30 - 02h00 (from 02h00 onwards, you will be on call by phone) You hold a State Diploma in Nursing and a Master's degree or equivalent in Management or Healthcare Leadership.
You have first-hand experience in team management and prioritize well.
You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and a keen sense of organization.
Your knowledge of healthcare services (medicine, SMR, psychiatry) is an asset.
Your teamwork spirit, communication skills, and conflict resolution abilities are essential.
You are a hands-on person, attentive, and capable of rallying teams around common objectives.
