We offer temporary work contracts, transition management, temporary work contracts. The position to be filled is a new creation for a rehabilitation team leader (f/h) with multi-site movements between departments 77 and 02. The position will primarily be located in department 77 by mid-2026.

Your main missions as a female/male rehabilitation team leader will be:

- Supervising a rehabilitation team
- Participating and animating team meetings
- Ensuring the quality of care provided within the concerned structures
- Participating in recruiting profiles for kinésithérapists, ergothérapeuthes, psychomotricians…
- Working in tandem with another rehabilitation team leader, ensuring replacement during leave if necessary

No overtime. Profile sought:
Female/male rehabilitation team leader (preferably a physical therapist)
3-4 years of experience on a similar position

Software:
DAI (internal software, training provided)
Octime (training provided)

Remuneration and benefits:
Fixed-term contract at 39 hours
€44,000 - €54,000 (depending on profile and experience)
