About the Role
- Delivery of cadastral boundary surveys and re-establishment surveys
- Preparation of subdivision plans, building format plans and title documentation
- Conduct detail and contour surveys to support design and construction
- Preparation of easement, lease and volumetric plans
- Coordination of fieldwork, data processing and survey documentation
- Liaison with councils, government authorities and project stakeholders
Requirements
- 4–10 years’ experience in land surveying, ideally with cadastral focus
- Strong understanding of cadastral surveying principles and Australian standards
- Experience preparing plans for lodgement and approvals
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Registration or eligibility for registration highly regarded
