CAD - Draftsperson

At aedvice, you don't just create numbers, but the finished site plan, with your name behind it. We are a surveying office based in Berlin specializing in site plans and existing condition plans for building applications, building encumbrances, and development plans within Berlin's building law. With us, you are the interface between clients, owners, and authorities, bringing their concerns to a clean, legally sound result. Tasks

• Creation of site plans for building applications
• Creation of site plans for building encumbrances
• Creation of existing condition plans for development plans
• Independent coordination with clients regarding their concerns
• Communication with administration and authorities regarding approval procedures
• Clarification of open points directly with owners
• Maintenance and updating of existing data in AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a surveying technician or completed studies (e.g., Geodesy/Surveying)
• Experience in the creation of existing condition and site plans
• Proficient in the use of CAD programs, ideally AutoCAD
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Initial experience with Berlin's building law or planning law is an advantage
• Structured, precise, and team-oriented work approach

Benefits

• Four-day week possible, even with full-time status (39.5 hours/week)
• Annual salary between €42,000 and €48,000, depending on experience and skills, plus potential special payments at the end of the year
