Required skills:

• Engineering/Architect/Construction University diploma
• Autodesk AutoCAD knowledge (other CAD software knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately in English language
• Availability for learning new technologies
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation, paying attention to details

Nice to have:

• Camtasia knowledge
• DITA knowledge

Job description:

• Create video courses based on complex features of CAD software
• Restructure and integrate CAD technical content coming from other teams (product specialists, developers, industry experts) into existing documentation
• Create and maintain our technical documentation inline with new releases (major, minor, and maintenance releases)
• Research and understand new implemented CAD features in BricsCAD and Bricsys 247 Cloud applications to be able to document them in a concise and consistent style
• Closely collaborate with the Development, QA, Product and Technical Support teams
