Job description
• Measure, cut, and assemble cabinets using wood, MDF, and other materials
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and cutting lists accurately
• Operate woodworking machines (CNC, panel saw, edge bander, table saw, drills, sanders)
• Install cabinets, benchtops, kickboards, and hardware onsite
• Ensure precise fitting, levelling, and adjustments during installation
• Perform sanding, edging, laminating, and finishing work
• Take accurate onsite measurements and prepare material/cutting lists
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and high-quality finish
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and follow WHS/OHS safety protocols
• Communicate with builders, installers, and team members about job progress
• Troubleshoot and fix site issues or design adjustments as needed
