CA Audit Manager

Job description Role & Responsibilities · Lead planning, risk assessment, and execution of statutory audits in compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and Standards on Auditing. · Ensure adherence to Accounting Standards / Ind AS and CARO reporting requirements. · Review complex accounting matters including revenue recognition, provisions, related party transactions, impairment assessments, and consolidation, etc. · Drive audit strategy, materiality assessment, and sampling methodology. · Oversee and manage a team of auditors to ensure timely completion of audits. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. · Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry trends. · Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate risks. · Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. · Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. · Provide guidance and support to team members as needed. · Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement. · Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and operations. · Stay current with industry developments and best practices. · Ensure that all audit work is performed in accordance with professional standards and guidelines. · Manage and oversee the development of audit programs and procedures. · Identify and address any potential conflicts of interest. · Ensure that all audit findings are properly documented and reported. · Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's financial statements and accounting practices. · Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations. · Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate risks. · Provide guidance and support to team members as needed. · Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement. · Ensure that all audit work is performed in accordance with professional standards and guidelines. · Manage and oversee the development of audit programs and procedures. · Identify and address any potential conflicts of interest. · Ensure that all audit findings are properly documented and reported.
