Assists in the collection and preparation of required budget information. Participates in the review and analysis of budget submissions from various departments. Provides input on budget proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develops and maintains a comprehensive portfolio management framework, including resource allocation and utilization tracking. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements. Assists in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource assignments. Monitors and reports on project progress, identifying potential issues and proposing corrective actions. Provides guidance and support to team members on budget-related matters. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Participates in the review and analysis of project proposals, providing input on feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and resource requirements. Assists in the development of a comprehensive workforce management framework, including talent acquisition, training, and succession planning. Collaborates with HR to develop and implement policies and procedures related to workforce management. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Participates in the review and analysis of workforce-related data, providing input on trends, best practices, and areas for improvement. Assists in the development of a comprehensive portfolio and workforce strategy, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
