As a C++ Software Developer at DEXIS in Mechelen, you'll contribute to the DTX Studio suite: a cutting-edge, AI-enhanced platform that serves as the central imaging hub for dental practices. You will be part of an agile team of developers, architects and testers that create and maintain high-quality software. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to testing and deployment. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, and maintain software modules in C++. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. * Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects. * Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes. Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. * Proven experience as a C++ Software Developer. * Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. * Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. * Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus points for: * Experience with medical imaging or dental software. * Experience with Qt framework. * Experience with image processing algorithms. * Familiarity with DICOM standards.
