Buying/Procurement Specialist

• The Buying/Procurement Specialist will manage the buying process from a given set of direct of production buy parts. Apply sourcing policies; interact with different suppliers and business segments. Requires foundation and knowledge in procurement/sourcing.

Essential Responsibilities:

As Buying/Procurement Specialist you will:

• Place and follow-up on POs (Purchase Order)
• Manage relationships with suppliers including On Time Delivery, Material availability, Lead Time maintenance and reduction
• Update MRP systems
• Balance tactical execution with strategic initiatives necessary to drive Material Availability and other key business metrics.
• Develop awareness of manufacturing processes and improve product knowledge
• Contribute to projects as team member within the Fulfillment organization.

• Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree international business or similar
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Buying/Procurement
