BUYER - CONSTRUCTION SECTOR

ORIENTA SPA AGENCY FOR WORK - BENEFIT SOCIETY (PADOVA BRANCH) is seeking a BUYER for an Abano Terme (PD) company with approximately 150 employees, which specializes in distributing materials, equipment, and services for the construction sector. The company has around 15 branch offices throughout Veneto. RESPONSIBILITIES: The figure will be inserted to support Branches and other corporate functions, understanding purchasing needs, and ensuring that necessary materials and supplies are available on time to satisfy customer requirements. Specifically, it will involve: - Coordinating daily generation of purchase orders in accordance with internal procedures; - Negotiating the best delivery conditions; - Monitoring inventory and available supplies by planning orders to avoid stock shortages or excesses; - Maintaining relationships with suppliers and their representatives, monitoring performance, and constantly evaluating product and service quality; REQUIREMENTS: - Knowledge of main computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); - Basic technical knowledge of products on the market; - Knowledge of logistical aspects related to material delivery; - Knowledge of main inventory management and warehouse management logics SI OFFERS: - Direct employment in company - CCNL: Commerce (14 months) - Meal vouchers - Full-time work from Monday to Friday Sector: Construction/Civil Engineering Role: Administration/Payroll and Contributions Type of occupation: Temporary job for the purpose of hiring
