Buyer - Purchasing Department Responsible

For a leading company in designing and producing metallic components, we are looking for a Buyer – Purchasing Department Responsible to be inserted into our organizational chart. The resource, reporting to the Management, will have the responsibility of managing and coordinating the purchasing department, ensuring efficient procurement of raw materials, components, and services, in line with the company's quality, production, and economic standards. Main responsibilities: Strategic and operational management of the purchasing process; coordination with suppliers; monitoring and control of orders; negotiation of prices and conditions; preparation of tenders and requests for proposals; analysis of market trends and competitors; identification of opportunities for cost savings and optimization of procurement processes; development of relationships with suppliers; participation in the definition of company policies and procedures related to procurement. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management. Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office is required. Italian language skills are necessary.
