Job description
- Responsibility for the entire procurement process regarding request and offer processing, negotiations, orders, and contracts for German- and English-language projects for materials and components.
- Conducting tenders in cooperation with the department, creating and maintaining global/local supplier portfolios, conducting negotiations and contract preparation, including deadline and key figure tracking.
- Representing purchasing interests in interdisciplinary teams.
- Self-organized organization and implementation of supplier workshops.
- Conducting budget market analyses and deriving enterprise-oriented sourcing strategies.
- Proactive identification of cost reduction measures, active participation in process optimizations, and bringing in ideas.
- Taking over the task area independently after completing the onboarding phase and ongoing support through mentoring.
