Buyer / Inside Sales Categories Protected

Ali lavoro, Milanese branch, is looking for two figures belonging to protected categories (L. 68/99) to be inserted into the role of Buyer and Inside Sales. 1. Inside Sales (Commercial Support and Order Management) Role: The selected person will provide constant support to the commercial team and take care of the complete order management. Main activities: - Assisting customers and supporting product selection. - Writing and following up on sales offers. - Preparing sales reports and statistics. - Entering and verifying orders in the system. Required skills: - Previous experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service. - Good knowledge of English language. - Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented and result-driven. Details: - Indefinite contract (after the first year) - RAL: 30-32K - CCNL Metalmeccanico Confapi, one year for employment purposes. - Both part-time and full-time insertions are evaluated. 2. Buyer (Procurement) Role: The Buyer will be responsible for ensuring the procurement of goods and services, ensuring the best quality-price ratio, respecting delivery times and quality standards. Main activities: - Purchase management and order tracking. - Researching and developing new suppliers. - Negotiating prices and delivery times. - Entering purchase orders into the system and resolving any issues with suppliers. - Collaborating with administration for invoice management. Required skills: - At least two years of experience in the role. - Both part-time and full-time insertions are evaluated.
