Buyer - Education

We are excited to be creating a brand new role for a Buyer – Education.

This is a unique opportunity to stamp your mark on a new and growing category, shaping our presence in the educational aids space from the ground up. Education aids will be a key focus of your portfolio, giving you the chance to build a product range from scratch and bring this new segment to life. You won’t just be caretaking, you’ll be leading the end-to-end process to create something that truly resonates with our customers.

Alongside Education, you’ll also manage categories within Stationery and Study, broadening your scope and ensuring we deliver a complete and compelling offer to our customers. This mix provides both the excitement of building something new and the challenge of managing established but evolving ranges.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building an entirely new product segment in Education aids, taking it from vision to reality

• Developing and executing strategies that align with customer needs and business goals

• Analysing sales data, identifying opportunities, and translating insights into actionable plans

• Partnering across functions to ensure cohesive delivery of ranges across Education, Stationery, and Study

• Negotiating with suppliers and building strong partnerships to deliver innovative and competitive products
