Michael Page - Management of the procurement process of red meats, ensuring quality, continuity and competitiveness of supplies; - Scouting national and international suppliers and renewing contracts; - Negotiation of price lists and economic conditions (discounts, promotional contributions); - Analysis of markets, productions, and category trends; - Optimization of assortments and support for product development MDD; - Monitoring of supplier KPIs and performance; - Benchmark competition on assortment, quality, and prices; - Support for resolving issues related to ce.di. (deliveries, product availability, etc.); - Visits to production facilities. Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in procurement/sourcing/category (preferably meat sector); - Bachelor's degree in economics or technology (Food Technology, Agricultural Sciences, Veterinary Medicine); - Knowledge of the meat supply chain, production processes, and regulations (food safety, traceability, labeling, animal welfare); - Advanced Excel skills and BI tools; - Excellent negotiation and analytical skills; - Availability for business trips; - Problem-solving, decision-making, and complexity management; - Orientation to results and savings; - Communication and relational skills; - Conflict resolution and complex negotiations.
