STAFF Agency for Work, Milan branch, for a client company in the construction sector is looking for: BUYER – AREA ACQUISTI We are seeking a Buyer to be inserted into the Procurement Area, directly reporting to the Procurement Manager and collaborating with Sales, Administration, Logistics, and Central Purchasing. The resource will be responsible for: - operational purchasing activities for building materials, finishes, equipment, and consumer products not covered by Central Purchasing; - research, selection, and management of suppliers; - negotiation of prices, delivery conditions, and payment terms; - monitoring of markets and price trends; - coordination with the Pricing Area, Logistics, and Order Management; - management of supply chain criticalities and preparation of reports on savings and supplier performance. Requirements: - technical diploma or degree in economic/business/ engineering field; - 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in B2B contexts (construction/building/distribution); - good knowledge of procurement processes; - excellent use of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems; - negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving skills; - precision, organization, and teamwork attitude.
