Key Responsibilities: Manage Butchery Targets and Profitability Control Stock Weekly Stocktakes Buying (Ordering /Stock holding) Point of Sale and pricing Hygiene and housekeeping Manage staff and customers Open and close the store Requirements: Must have at least 5 years experience as a Butchery Manager Management skills Ability to work out GP's Must have own transport and valid drivers licence Please do not apply if you do not meet the requirements
