Butcher/Butchering Assistant

Job description

In Job S.p.A. - Career Center di Milano per società, leader in Italia, specializzata nella gestione diretta dei banchi macelleria e gastronomia, the figure of Addetto/a alla Macelleria will be inserted into the team of department and will be responsible for:

Cutting, disassembling, and preparing meats
Setting up traditional and self-service counters
Preparing ready-to-cook meals
Managing and controlling meat stock levels
Assisting customers with advice on cuts and preparations
Maintaining clean and safe working spaces

Requirements:

Experience in the role
Ability to work as part of a team
Customer orientation
Previous experience as a butcher (even minimal)
Attitude towards teamwork and customer service
Precision, speed, and passion for work
Characteristics of the offer:
- Fixed-term contract in supply for 4 months aimed at stabilization
- Classification: CCNL Commercio – level to be evaluated based on experience
- Availability: Full-time, from Monday to Sunday with one day off per rotation
- Place of work: Monza (MB)
