Bus Technician | Rumst

Job Description

As a bus technician, you will directly receive a permanent contract with the Flemish transport company. You will work full-time at the new depot in Rumst.

- You work in a 2-shift system (early and late) according to a 4/2 arrangement: 4 days working, 2 days off
- You will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics in addition to mechanics and engineering
- As a technician, you are responsible for repairing, maintaining, and diagnosing (electric) buses

Profile
- A diploma in TSO automotive technology / Electricity or equivalent through experience
- A solid basic knowledge of automotive mechanics
- Knowledge of electricity
- Basic knowledge of diagnostics
- A good knowledge of the Dutch language
- You are willing to expand your knowledge through internal training

- You start with a salary of €17.49, which can increase depending on your knowledge and experience.

- If you work after 8 PM, you will receive +25%

- You will also receive sufficient rest with 20 statutory leave days, 12 compensatory leave days, 4 conventional leave days, 1.5 days ARAB leave. An additional seniority day after 3 years of service, 2 days after 5 years of service, then an additional day every 5 years with a maximum of 7 days.
- After 3 years, you will receive seniority leave
- Your travel expenses will also be partially reimbursed
