Business Operations Manager (m/f/d)

metrify is Enpal's smart metering unit and the digital infrastructure for an intelligent energy ecosystem. With tens of thousands of installed iMSys devices and scalable processes, we make energy measurable, controllable, and economically usable – and together with our partners, we create the basis for new business models in the energy transition.

Your Tasks

• You will take over operational responsibility for the implementation of tenant electricity projects, identify bottlenecks in processes, and support end customers as well as partner companies.

• You will identify inefficiencies in daily operations and, depending on the problem, develop initial functional workflows and solutions using no-code tools.

• You will accompany your initiatives from the initial idea to successful implementation and ensure that new processes are sustainably anchored within the team and at relevant interfaces.

• You will process and monitor all market communication processes according to WiM and GPKE – the regulatory standard processes in the energy industry – and ensure that they run correctly, on time, and efficiently.

• You will coordinate the exchange of information with partner companies, customers, and grid operators via our systems as well as by email or phone, and ensure smooth and efficient communication.

Your Profile

• You have a completed degree in a business-related, technical, or analytical field.

• You have initial experience in an operations-focused or highly process-oriented environment, for example in energy, telecommunications, or logistics. You keep the big picture in mind and think in terms of connections and systems.

• You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented, approach challenges pragmatically, and drive your topics forward independently and proactively.

• You have an affinity for abstract datasets and can recognize patterns, connections, and anomalies even in complex data structures.

• You are proficient in using data and process tools and enjoy structuring, optimizing, and making processes more efficient.

• You communicate clearly and respectfully – both within the team and with external partner companies.

• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
