Introduction To lead the new business team to deliver new business in identified target markets and categories, and through a solutioning approach deliver maximised revenue growth (short and long run) and sustainable profitability. Duties & Responsibilities Leadership and Management of New Business to achieve: Revenue and profit targets Implementation of strategies to drive industry-based models Relationships with key customers Relationships with key suppliers Understanding of market trends including market size, growth rate, and competitive landscape. Development of business cases and financial models to support new business initiatives. Identification and prioritization of new business opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new business strategies. Monitoring and reporting on new business performance, including revenue and profitability. Analysis of new business data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Development of corrective actions to address new business performance gaps.
