Business Unit Leiter (w/m/d) - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

We are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking leadership personality with clear P&L responsibility and strong delivery focus to lead our Business Central unit.

Aufgaben

Your Role

As Business Unit Leiter Business Central, you will lead your unit like an independent profit center within the Agenic and report directly to the COO.

You will bear strategic, operational, and financial overall responsibility for all Business Central activities of the group.

You are the face of the business unit towards customers, Microsoft, and internal stakeholders and represent management in strategic customer meetings, steering committees, and escalation situations.

Your Responsibility

• Total responsibility for revenue, margin, and EBIT of the business unit
• Steering and supervision of all Business Central projects
• Satisfaction of delivery quality, term reliability, and customer satisfaction
• Disciplinary and professional leadership of consultants, project leaders, architects, and students
• Capacity and utilization management
• Resource and skill building to reduce external dependencies
• Escalation instance for project leaders and customers
• Development of the performance portfolio and build scalable structures
• Tight cooperation with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies
• KPI-based reporting, forecasting, and derivation of operational measures
• Participation in offer releases within a defined competence framework

Qualification

Your Profile

• Multiple years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Leadership experience with result or department responsibility
• Strong understanding of project management, utilization logic, and margin mechanics
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high decision-making authority
• Sovereign appearance on management and C-level
• Experience in steering committees and escalation management
• Able to lead cross-location teams and develop them
